“The trip was such a success! Hassle free transaction during booking thanks to the staff of Japan Bus Hire! Our driver was amazing. He drove us safely to our destinations despite the heavy snowfall. He always greeted us whenever we go up and down the bus. He was so polite and cheerful.
Nori-san was an excellent guide! His engagement with us was truly insightful and delightful. He was so kind and so helpful. He was always reminding us whenever the pavement was slippery. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend!”

“The bus ride was so smooth that a lot of people got to take a nap. Our tour guide was also super sweet and very considerate. She’d gone to the festival on her own a day before the main one so she could be more prepared for us on the actual day. Would most definitely reach out to Japan Bus Charter again if we are in need of any more rides for big groups.”

“Highly recommend using Japan Bus Charter. Easy to contact and arrange, always on time, vehicles were always in great condition and drivers were very pleasant, courteous and always on time. We used their service for a family of 5 with lots of luggage multiple times from quick transfers to longer drives. Would definitely use again.”

“I highly recommend Japan Bus Charter. We hired them for private transfer from Osaka airport to Universal Studios, and then from Universal to Kyoto. There was an issue with our pick up time at the airport, which I didn’t realize until I landed. Thankfully, they were able to come meet us earlier than the reserved time. We also made a last minute request to delay our pick up time from Universal, and they were flexible and willing to accommodate the change.”
